AKTICON Training Maker Beta

A free tool for trainers and facilitators, in two parts that share one project. Flipcharts: sketch in true 68 × 99 cm proportions, mark each sheet as prepared content, built live or participant activity, add notes for the facilitator, and hand over images, facilitator cards and one PDF in session order. Flow: lay out the running order – sessions, breaks and training blocks, with the times filled in as you change a duration, and the share of active, interactive and receptive time shown while you design.

Each part is kept as its own file, so you can share the flow with a client and keep the flipcharts to yourself – or the other way round.

Your work stays with you. No account, no cookies, no tracking. Projects are saved in the folder you choose, on this device, or in your own Google Drive – never on a server of ours.

Training flow

The PDF holds the running order, the method mix and the notes on materials. The design file (.flow, named with date and time so it never replaces an earlier one) opens in the Training Maker and can be shared on its own. Copy table pastes into Word, Google Docs or Excel.

The PDF holds every flipchart as a card with its notes, in session order. The project file (.flipchart) opens in the Training Maker on any device.

This flipchart

SVG stays sharp at any size in Word, PowerPoint and Canva. PNG is the safe choice for everything else.
